1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 The website selfpublished.co.uk is owned and operated by Self Published Collections ltd. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘nab’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ refer to Self Published ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales (12698591) and our address for correspondence is: 25 Chalky Bank Road, Gillingham, ME8 7NP

1.2 Your use of this website (selfpublished.co.uk) is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing our website, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our website immediately.

1.3 We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

2.2 All prices that are displayed are inclusive of VAT

2.3 Payments can be made by Applepay, Paypal, Amazon (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Mastercard) Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately on order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

2.4 We take reasonable care to make our site secure. all credit/debit transactions on this site are processed using paypal, Applepay or secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in secure host environments. if you are a registered selfpublished user, we will not store your credit/debit card details on our systems.

2.5 If a payment is skipped from Paypal, for any reason, you will be notified and payment will try to clear again within 5 days. if the payment is skipped for a second time, Paypal will automatically cancel your account and you will have to manually set up payment again from your account.

3. POSTAGE

Delivery cost will be calculated on the country.
Standard delivery time - 3-21 working days, depending on your region. See the delivery & returns tab for cost breakdowns.

3.2 You may not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of goods. ETA dates are for guidance only and could change if your parcel meets an unexpected delivery problem on route.

3.3 If you change address, you must contact us to ensure that no parcels are sent out to the wrong delivery address. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will be liable for any parcels posted to the wrong address.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel your account if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable.

3.5 We will pay all charges for customs and duties for delivery to your region.

4. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

4.1 All parcels returned to us (from either not being collected, incorrect delivery address or any other reason for which you are responsible) can be re-sent to you.

4.2 If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 60 days of receiving it. It must be returned to us at Self Published in its original condition and at present at your cost.

4.2b Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.2c Please note Earrings and personalised items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty

4.3 Please note all goods must be returned unworn in its original packaging

4.4 Please include the order number and name on your return form

4.5 Customers must pay for the postage of the returned items and we strongly urge it is sent back with a tracked service. Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by e-mail that we’ve received the items back.

4.6 Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent out. If the fault is agreed, we will provide a replacement for the returned item or a full refund and will reimburse you for the cost of sending it back to us.

5. PRODUCT PRICING AND INFORMATION

5.1 All prices are published in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

5.2 Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of loading the data. However, the information, including product descriptions, dimensions and pricing, may be subject to change without notice.

5.3 The images shown online are for illustration purposes only and there may be slight variations in the result of real life products. Each individual shot is subject to a number of variables in colour, illumination and other visual aspects; and as such we endeavour to make our products look as close to digital artwork as possible.

5.4 Many products are also shown with additional props or layered with other pieces of jewellery but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise stated.

5.5 Sale prices are valid from the time it displays online and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order. If an item was purchased at full price, it will need to be returned in the appropriate way and then reordered.

5. Promotional CODES & COMPETITIONS

5.1 Unless otherwise stated, any promotional code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present, for sale or for the purchase of gift vouchers

5.2 Promotional codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

5.3 Promotional Codes are not valid against shipping rates.

5.4 We are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to an order once the sale has been made.

5.5 We reserve the right to cancel any promotion, offer or promotional code after seven working days of publication.

5.6 If you are a winner of a competition you must get in contact to provide a delivery address within one week to claim your prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected.

6. PRIVACY

6.1 We collect personal information about you through your use on this website and our services. all information that we collect about you is subject to our privacy policy.

6.2 Please note that by supplying your/the recipient’s email address upon joining us you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.

7.2 All trademarks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners. nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use, alter or remove such material.
